This side of the island has all the benefits, being protected from the winds that make the East coast that bit more uncomfortable and away from the mountainous region to the south which encourages rain. Super U, the Norths main Shopping Centre is located only a short distance away for all your daily needs.
One of the pictures above is of the Northern End of Pereybere Beach with Coin de Mire Island in the background which is just a short 3 minute drive from Villa Maurice. When visiting Pereybere Beach continue to walk around the rocky headland on the right hand side to the hidden side of the beach, the view below is of the furthest end of Pereybere Beach. Early in the morning is a special time on any beach in Mauritius but on Pereybere it has an extra special quality, so just one morning during your stay go for an early morning walk on the beach.
