Christmas Booking Period (14 Day Package) is December 14th to the 29th - New Year Booking Period (14 Day Package) is December 30th to January 15th.
Bookings can be made for either Christmas or New Year. If you want to book Christmas and New Year together there is a minimum booking period of 21 Days. Dates can be flexible so please contact us with your specific dates.

All Registered Premises are checked/vetted by the Mauritius Tourism Authority, Police and Fire Authorities and must have Rapid Response Security
Many Rental Villas do not have such accreditation and we recommend you stay only in Registered and Approved Accommodation
Check in is from 3.00pm on Arrival day
If you have a very early arrival flight we suggest you reserve the Villa for the night before so you can check in to the Villa immediately your flight arrives.
Check out on Departure day is 10.30am.
If you have a late flight on your departure date we suggest you reserve the Villa for an extra night so you can stay as long as you need before your flight
otherwise the Villa will be needed to prepare for Guests arriving.
30% Non Refundable Deposit Required on Reservation
Balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within a 10 week period must be paid in Full
